I used to want nothing more than to become a professional writer.  Although I have long strayed off of that career path, I continue to write poetry on a semi-regular basis (via facebook), and I even signed up to do NaNoWriMo during my freshman year of college (although I did not do much beyond creating an account).

“100 words [in] 100 days” would be a reasonable, measurable way for me  to push my creativity and drive beyond my current poetry.  I have also dedicated a completely new blog to this project, just to set it apart from things like my Food Diary on Facebook.

I have NOT been writing 100 words every day.  Instead, I think that I will try to just have 100 entries, period, by the end of this academic year.  Shouldn’t be too hard, right?

I also have NOT been writing pure fiction.  But sometimes, you meet people and experience situations that you wish you could have written in the first place.
